Itinerary: Hanoi - LaoCai - Sapa - Muong Khuong - Coc Ly

Day 1: Hanoi – Arrival (-/-/D)

Time at leisure until transfer to Hanoi Railway Station to take the night train to Lao Cai. Overnight on train.

Day 2: Lao Cai –Muong Khuong-Sapa (B/-/-)

Early morning (appro.5.30am), arrival at Lao Cai, the border town to China. Simple breakfast and short break at hotel in Lao Cai. 3 hours drive through scenic mountain areas bring you to Muong Khuong, a small settlement bordering China’s Yunna province. Visit a bustling market with ethnic minorities: flower H’mong, Nung, Dzao...Drive back to Lao Cai before arriving in Sapa. Time at leisure. Accommodation in Sapa.

Day 3: Sapa (B/-/-)

Full day of discovering Sapa town and surrounds area: Ham Rong mountain with botanic garden, daily market, Tavan village. Afternoon, meet Red Dzao people at Taphin village by Russian jeep. Return to Sapa.

Day 4: Sapa – Coc Ly market-Lao Cai (B/-/-)

Breakfast at hotel,

Depart Sapa for Coc Ly market where we will meet  H’mong, Dzao ethics...Return to Lao Cai. Leisure  time until to take a night train to Hanoi. Overnight on train.

Day 5: Hanoi (-/-/-)

Early morning, transfer to your hotel for check-in. End of services or extension tour.
