Booking procedure

All bookings can be made directly to our office by email: info@cosmostravelvietnam.com or by facsimile ++ 84 - 4 715 1570  and shall be confirmed within 03 working days.

Payment

Full settlement should be received no later than 60 working days prior to  your arrival date. Payment should be made by telegraphic transfer Or by major credit cards (Visa or Master card only). Payment for package holidays is accepted by cash, cheque, direct deposit or credit card. A surcharge may apply for credit card payments on these transactions.

Deposit

All trips require a non-refundable deposit of US$100 per person. The deposits will confirm your reservation until 60 days prior to trip departure, at which time the balance of the trip is due. If the balance is not paid in full by the due date,  the booking will be considered as cancelled.

Published rates are only available on the basis of full prepayment of all charges in Vietnam. We require full payment at the time of booking to secure the booking. Bookings will automatically be cancelled if payment is not received.

A binding contract will only exist between you and a supplier when payment has been made by you and we have issued you with a confirmation voucher. Payment will not be deemed to be made until received by Cosmos Travel  in full.

Deposits are non refundable except in our absolute discretion. If you cancel a booking after payment of a deposit, the deposit will be forfeited to Cosmos Travel to reimburse our service costs of processing your booking. If you fail to make full payment by the date notified, your booking will cancel and the deposit paid will be forfeited to us.

Tickets, coupons, exchange orders, vouchers and receipts will evidence a contract but will generally be forwarded to you after you have entered into a binding agreement.

A binding contract will be made by you when you complete payment. Once you have made full payment, there is no refund or change available other than as notified under any Rules and Conditions of the supplier and our terms.

Cancellation fees

Apart from the insurance’s policies at the moment of booking, for cancellations of confirmed arrangements made by the client, a canellation fee according to costs incurred will be charged as followings:

• 30 - 21days: 25 % of total amount trip
• 20 - 8 days : 50 % of total amount trip
• 2 days : 75 % of total amount trip
• Less 2 days : 90 % of total amount trip
• Less 24 hours: 100 % of total amount trip

Legal Obligations

Before you proceed to book a flight, hotels or services with Cosmos Travel, please be aware that you enter into a legally binding contract to acquire such flight or service from the time when payment is made. After this point any cancellations will incur the cancellation fees set out above.
